Public documentation of our optional SMS opt-in practices
This page provides a transparent, publicly accessible record of how Elevate Studies LLC collects and documents consent to receive SMS (text) messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC campaigns.
Consent is collected through our website contact form at elevatestudies.org (national-medical-studies-prod.web.app). Users may check clearly labeled, optional SMS consent checkboxes to opt in to service-related texts and/or marketing texts. Both are unchecked by default. The form can be submitted without opting into SMS.
Also required: I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
(Checkboxes are shown unchecked by default on the live form.)
