Purpose of This Page

This page provides a transparent, publicly accessible record of how Elevate Studies LLC collects and documents consent to receive SMS (text) messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC campaigns.

Key Principle: Both SMS checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Users can submit the contact form without checking either SMS box. Marketing consent is never a condition of service.

How We Collect Opt-In Consent

Consent is collected through our website contact form at elevatestudies.org (national-medical-studies-prod.web.app). Users may check clearly labeled, optional SMS consent checkboxes to opt in to service-related texts and/or marketing texts. Both are unchecked by default. The form can be submitted without opting into SMS.
